Mahamat Idriss Deby Itno, élu président de la République du Tchad
Une semaine après les résultats provisoires proclamés par l’Agence nationale de gestion des élections (Ange), le Conseil constitutionnel à qui revient le dernier mot, vient de donner son verdict. Il valide les résultats de l’Ange donnant gagnant Mahamat Idriss Deby Itno.
Certains candidats, après les résultats provisoires ont introduit des requêtes auprès du Conseil constitutionnel, chargé des contentieux électoraux, soit pour l’annulation partielle des résultats, soit pour l’annulation de toute l’élection. Mais, de manière générale, il n’y a pas eu un changement majeur, par rapport aux résultats provisoires. Car, selon le président du Conseil constitutionnel, Jean Bernard Padaré, la requête du candidat Nasra Djimasngar est déclarée irrecevable. Tandis que celles des candidats, Assyongar Masra Succès et Pahimi Padacké Albert sont jugées non fondées donc rejetées. Ainsi, les différents candidats gardent leur rang selon les premiers résultats, en dépit de quelques modifications mineures : le taux global de participation baisse de 75,89% à 75,78%. Une baisse légère de score pour Mahamat Idriss Deby Itno et une hausse légère pour Assyongar Masra Succès et Pahimi Padacké Albert. D’autres candidats gardent leur score.
En clair, le verdict du Conseil constitutionnel place le candidat de la Coalition pour un Tchad Uni, Mahamat Idriss Deby Itno en tête avec un taux de 61%. Il est suivi du candidat du parti Les Transformateurs, Assyongar Masra Succès avec 18, 54% de voix. Pahimi Padacké Albert de Rndt-Le Réveil occupe le troisième rang, avec 16,93%. La candidate du PDI, Mme Beassemnda Lydie et celui du PRET, Bezoubé Bongoro Théophile sont classés respectivement 4ème et 5ème avec 0,96% et 0,76% de voix.
Vient le candidat du parti Astre, Alladoum Djarma Baltazar, 6ème, avec 0,55% de suffrage. Il est talonné par celui du MPTR, Mbaimon Guedmbaye Brice, 7ème avec 0,45%. Le huitième rang est occupé par le candidat du Parti Réformiste Yacine Abderamane Sakine qui obtient 0,36% de voix. Avec un score de 0,24%, le candidat du parti Les Elites, Mansiri Lopsikreo occupe le 9ème rang. Et le candidat numéro 10 du parti Un Nouveau Jour, Nasra Djimasngar est 10ème avec un taux de 0,21% de voix.
Par conséquent, le Conseil constitutionnel a déclaré Mahamat Idriss Deby Itno, élu président de la République du Tchad, chef de l’Etat. Il est donc le tout premier président de la 5ème République du Tchad, proclamée après, près de trois ans de transition.
Il faut signaler qu’en pleine audience, la vice-présidente du Conseil constitutionnel, frémissait ; elle s’est essoufflée, puis écroulée. Aussitôt, le président prendra la relève pour clôturer les résultats de la diaspora. Une situation qui a semé du brouhaha dans la salle.
Le verdict du Conseil constitutionnel étant irréversible, la prestation du serment du président de la République est attendu dans les jours qui suivent.
