Le Comité d’organisation du dialogue national et inclusif (Codni), avec l’appui du PNUD a lancé officiellement le 16 juillet 2022 la campagne de sensibilisation citoyenne pour l’appropriation du dialogue national inclusif prévu pour le 20 août prochain. C’est le Ministre d’Etat, chargé de la réconciliation nationale et du dialogue M. Acheikh Ibn Oumar qui a procédé à ce lancement dans les locaux du Palis de 15 janvier.
Cette campagne de sensibilisation citoyenne s’inscrit dans le cadre de l’appropriation du dialogue national inclusif et l’imprégnation des thématiques retenues pour cette circonstance en vue d’y impliquer toutes les couches. Le Ministre d’Etat, chargé de la Réconciliation nationale et du dialogue M. Acheikh Ibn Oumarqui a lancé la campagne s’est réjoui de cette activité, qui, selon lui, entre dans la droite ligne de la politique des plus hautes autorités en ce qui concerne le processus du DNI. Par ailleurs, le Ministre a appelé toutes les parties prenantes en général et les artistes en particulier à s’engager davantage pour la mobilisation citoyenne afin que ce dialogue soit une réussite pour l’intérêt collectif de la nation tchadienne.
Au cours de la cérémonie, trois représentants des organisations de la société civile ont tour à tour passé des messages de sensibilisation au public. Ces messages ont porté essentiellement sur des thématiques telles que la participation et l’exclusivité, le consensus, le pardon et la réconciliation, la dissémination et l’appropriation nationale des recommandations issues du DNI. Tous ces messages sont relayés aussi dans une création culturelle et artistique portée par le Collectif Au nom de l’art de l’artiste Mawndoé Célestin dont le titre est « Fadal Ngom ». C’est un concept en Arabe et Sara qui signifie « prends place mon frère » ou « dialoguons » et qui interpelle les tchadiens à s’unir et à dialoguer sans distinction aucune.
