Gouvernement : Fatimé Boukar ou la béquille des vulnérables

Le gouvernement de Masra Succès compte plusieurs compétences qualitatives mais aussi salvatrices. Fatimé Boukar Kosseï en est une.

Il s’agit d’un nouveau Ministère dans le gouvernement de transition, phase 3. Mme Fatimé Boukar Kosseï est nommée ministre de la Solidarité nationale, de l’Action sociale et des Affaires humanitaires.  De Secrétariat d’Etat aux Sports, aux loisirs et au Leadership entrepreneurial, cette native de Moundou s’est vu confier ce poste hautement stratégique.  Une nomination bien murie, lorsqu’on connait des œuvres  sociales posées par Mme Fatimé Boukar Kosseï à travers les actions produites par le projet « Ma vie, Ma Patrie » dont elle en est l’initiatrice. 

Membre actif du Conseil national de la jeunesse du Tchad, (Cnjt), ainsi que membre de la solidarité nationale pour la paix et la cohabitation pacifique au Tchad (Sonapco), Fatimé dispose de larges épaules pour affronter les défis qui l’attendent dans ce nouveau Ministère.  Au-delà de son militantisme engagé dans le Mouvement patriotisme du salut (Mps), elle est la Directrice du Comité Of /Mps de la région du Kanem, chargée de relation extérieure adjointe, ainsi  que présidente du bureau de soutien du Mps des femmes du Kanem à Moundou, où elle  a vu le jour,un 1er janvier 1988. 

Fatimé Boukar Kosseï est également conseillère du Réseau des organisations des jeunes pour le développement intègre(Rodi) et doublement conseillère de l’Association des Enfants de Toumaï pour le développement du Tchad, (Ased-T). Comme compétences qualitatives, Mme Fatimé Boukar Kosseï détient une Maitrise professionnelle en Comptabilité et Finances à HEC-Tchad et une Licence professionnelle dans le même domaine, après avoir décroché son baccalauréat, série D au lycée Alifa Zézerti de Mao.  Cette dame au grand cœur, dispose également d’une grande capacité éprouvée en travail dans un environnement multiculturel.  Elle est mère de 2 enfants. Connue par bon nombre de Tchadiens pour son sens d’humanisme, sa nomination à ce poste est d’ores et déjà un pari gagné puisqu’elle sera, sans doute, au-dessus de la mêlé. Pour ce faire, bon vent à Mme Fatimé Boukar Kosseï.
