 Ce réseau des jeunes orpailleurs en partance pour la Libye chapeauté par Noubahognan Djaïngar de Bédaya est tombé dans les mailles des forces de défense et de sécurité. Ces bras valides qui abandonnent leur communauté pour les mines d’or constitue un véritable manque à gagner pour la communauté.

 Félicitant les forces de défense et de sécurité pour le sacrifice consentis dans l’arrestation de ces orpailleurs, Diamra Bétolngar gouverneur de la province du Mandoul de renchérir que c’est pour la 3e fois qu’elles (forces de défense et de sécurité) ont intercepté ces jeunes orpailleurs en partance pour la Libye à la recherche de l’or pourtant une pratique interdite. Pour elle, c’est un trafic de personnes pour des destinations inconnues peut être même pour la rébellion et les contrevenants répondront de leurs actes conformément aux textes et lois de la République devant les juridictions compétentes. Diamra de poursuivre que la déportation de ces bras valides vers des horizons sombres constitue un danger pour le pays avant de les mettre à la disposition de la justice. Le procureur de la République près le tribunal de grande instance de Koumra Abderamane Moussa Oumar pour sa part dit que les textes répriment cette pratique et si ces jeunes sont en conflit avec la loi, celle-ci sera appliquée dans toute sa vigueur
