Le Bloc Fédéral dévoile son plan de faire passer le fédéralisme au Tchad

Le  Bloc Fédéral a animé une conférence de presse le 30 août 2023 à N’Djaména. Objectif, réaffirmer sa  détermination à faire du Tchad un pays Fédéral et inviter la population de la ville de N’Djaména à se faire enrôler pour y arriver.

Le 17 décembre prochain marquera un jour dans l’histoire du Tchad qui expérimentera pour la première fois le référendum constitutionnel, notamment sur la forme de l’Etat. C’est ainsi que le  Bloc Fédéral s’active davantage dans la bataille qu’il mène pour un Etat fédéral. Ainsi, à travers cette conférence de presse, le bloc fédéral invite la population N’Djamenoise à sortir massivement pour se faire enrôler pendant cette période de révision du fichier électoral. 

Selon le Porte-parole du Bloc fédéral, Banyara Yohanna,  chaque citoyen doit se munir de sa carte électorale qui permettra de voter pour montrer à la face du monde que le peuple Tchadien aspire à une gouvernance fédérale. Pour le Bloc fédéral, rien est encore gagné, malgré les manœuvres du camp d’en face. Mme Lydie Beasemnda renseigne quant à elle que le projet de proposition de constitution sur la forme fédérale a été introduite au CNT qui a l’obligation de répondre. Mais,« s’il y a refus, c’est qu’il y a volonté ostentatoire de proclamer l’Etat unitaire », a-t-elle souligné.  D’après elle, si le texte n’est pas adopté, le CNT et le Gouvernement de Transition seront responsable de ce qui adviendra. Toutefois, « nous restons convaincus que le NON va l’emporter », a-t-elle indiqué.

Justement  c’est sur cette posture d’espoir que Dr Evariste Ngarlem Toldé, l’un des panélistes a affirmé tout haut que,si le NON remporte, le gouvernement doit démissionner pour laisser la place au Bloc Fédéral. Car, justifie –t-il, cela témoignera son impopularité. Et M. Djelassem Donangmbaye Felix, un autre panéliste, administrateur de son état, par ailleurs, Porte-parole du parti Un Nouveau Jour de tirer une conclusion simple selon laquelle, la fédération sera une réponse et une alternative fiable à ceque les tchadiens subissent tous les jours dans ce pays.
