Le Moyen-Chari accueille la première zone industrielle spéciale du Tchad, fruit du partenariat Arise-Etat Tchadien

Secrétaire général adjoint de la présidence de la République, Mahamat Hassan Borgo a procédé, ce 1er août 2023 à la pose de pierre pour la construction de la Zone Industrielle de Sarh (ZISARH). C’est au cours d’une cérémonie organisée au village Mayelé, dans la sous-prefecture de Balimba, situé à 11 Km de ville.

Les autorités traditionnelles, les chefs religieux, les populations de la Province du Moyen-Chari et bien d’autres invités sont sortis nombreux pour la circonstance.

Dans son intervention, le gouverneur de la province du Moyen-Chari, Gal Ousmane Brahim Djouma a, au nom de sa population exprimé sa gratitude aux plus hautes autorités du pays pour le choix de sa province pour accueillir la première zone industrielle spéciale au Tchad. Pour lui, ce projet contribuera à la réduction du taux de chômage et de la pauvreté dans sa province. Ainsi, il a plaidé pour que la priorité soit donnée à la main-d’œuvre locale dans toutes les phases de recrutement.

Selon le Directeur pays d’ARISE, Jacky Rivière la ZISARH sera une zone dédiée au développement économique, à la compétitivité et à la valorisation des produits agricoles et de l’élevage. « Elle va offrir des infrastructures, des services et des ressources nécessaires de niveau international pour les investisseurs industriels. ZISARH accueillera des secteurs d’activités variés, comme les énergies renouvelables, les industries de transformation des produits agricoles tels que, arachide, sésame, karité, la transformation textile, de la viande et de ses sous-produits, la logistique et de bien d’autres activités », a –t-il informé.  Jacky Rivière renseigne que la Zone sera ouverte aux investissements nationaux et internationaux pour créer des emplois qualifiés et durables, renforcer le tissu industriel local et favoriser la transition écologique. Pour lui, c’est une opportunité unique pour la province de se positionner comme un pôle d’excellence industrielle au service du développement durable et de la cohésion sociale « La ZISARH va permettre aux entreprises de bénéficier d’un environnement favorable à leur implantation et à leur expansion », a-t-il ajouté.

Pour  le directeur de l’Agence d’Administration des zones économiques spéciales, Ousmane Abderamane Dougourou, ce projet sera également réalisé dans d’autres villes du Tchad, notamment Moundou, Doba, Abéché, Amtiman et Dourbali. Et de poursuivre que le projet tiendra compte des potentialités de chaque province. Répondant à la préoccupation du gouverneur de la province du Moyen-Chari, Ousmane Abderamane Dougourou a indiqué  que la priorité sera effectivement donnée à la main-d’œuvre locale dans le recrutement.

Pour sa part, la ministre de l’Industrie et du Commerce, Mme Waledom Robertine, a rassuré que la ZISARH contribuera à améliorer les conditions de vie de la population sur le plan social et sur le plan économique, elle stimulera la croissance économique et la compétitivité agro-industrielle.

En posant la pierre, le Secrétaire général adjoint de la présidence de la République, Mahamat Hassan Borgo a souligné que cette étape est la première d’une série d’industrialisation qui sera lancée avant la fin de l’année en cours.

A noter que la ZISARH couvrira une superficie d’environ 500 hectares. Le projet est le fruit du partenariat entre la firme ARISE ZES et l’Etat Tchadien.
