Référendum 2023 : Le Cncp félicite la classe politique pour sa maturité
Le coordonnateur du Cadre national de concertation des partis politiques (Cncp), Dr Nasra Dimasngar a tenu un point de presse hier 20 décembre 2023 au siège dudit cadre à N’Djari dans la Commune du 8ème arrondissement. C’est relatif à la consultation référendaire du 17 décembre dernier.
Dans ses propos liminaires, Dr Nasra Dimasngar a fait comprendre que la réalisation de cette consultation référendaire « unique en son genre » revêt deux vérités immuables en politique à savoir, la souveraineté du peuple et le respect de cette souveraineté « qui consacre une réelle démocratie ».
C’est pourquoi, il félicite toute la classe politique de la maturité politique dont il a fait montre. « Il n’y a pas eu d’invectives majeures lors des meetings…Votre comportement respectueux de l’adversaire a permis de maintenir un calme légendaire le long de la campagne», a reconnu Dr Nasra Dimasngar qui souligne, toutefois, quelques irrégularités dont la mauvaise distribution des cartes d’électeurs due à la mise à disposition tardive et des erreurs de colisage par endroit. Aussi, parle –t-il de la « sensibilisation morose » de la classe politique quant au retrait des cartes d’électeurs. « Nous pouvons aussi souligner pour le regretter, l’appel de certains partis politiques au boycott ou à l’abstention », déplore Dr Nasra Dimasngar.
Par ailleurs, il exhorte la Conorec au respect de la volonté exprimée par le peuple aux urnes afin de contribuer à redonner confiance à ce peuple à croire à l’exercice du jeu politique pour le plus grand apport à la démocratie.
A la classe politique, le coordonnateur du Cncp en appelle à une concertation permanente et sincère en vue « d’exorciser les démons de guerre » au Tchad. « Le peuple Tchadien nous regarde, nous ne devons pas le trahir », conclut-il.
