Référendum sur la forme de l’Etat : Pahimi annonce le boycott

A travers une conférence de presse animée, ce 18 novembre 2023, le président national du parti Rassemblement national des Démocrates Tchadiens (Rndt) Le Réveil, PahimiPadacké Albert (PPA) a fait un grand déballage sur le referendum constitutionnel. Au menu du débat, un appel à la ville morte le 17 décembre 2023.

Dans un style vestimentaire simpliste, arboré de son écharpe du parti, le président du Rndt-Le réveil a fait un synopsis de l’actualité politique de l’heure, dominé largement par le processus référendaire. Très serein et avec un ton humoristique, le coq blanc a utilisé de la métaphore pour déballer ce qui se trame dans la conduite du processus référendaire. « Le referendum du 17 décembre 2023 est un match de football ; mais un match de nuit, dans un stade à peine éclairé, qui oppose deux équipes : une équipe dénommée « oui » habillée en maillot blanc, et une équipe dénommée « non » habillée en maillot noir. La couleur noir est choisie par l’adversaire du jour ; le noir symbole du diable. L’arbitre de ce match est le capitaine de l’équipe « oui », ses attaquants sont les juges de touche et son gardien est le 4ème arbitre. L’équipe « non » est hébergée, nourrie et transportée sur le terrain par les dirigeants de l’équipe « oui ». Quel  résultat peut-on attendre d’un tel match », s’interroge –t-il.

Par cette figure de style, l’ex-locataire de la primature dénonce que le processus référendaire en cours est biaisé et a longtemps dérapé depuis la création de la Conorec et que le gouvernement reste toujours indifférent et méprisant.

Par conséquent, le Rndt-Le Réveil appelle au boycott  pacifique du referendum, et à une ville morte le 17 décembre 2023.  « Il ne reste qu’à vous photographier. Le résultat est déjà dans la machine. C’est pourquoi, il ne faut pas aller au bureau de vote. Restez chez vous », appelle-t-il ses militants et militantes, ainsi que  les tchadiennes et les tchadiens à dire non à ce qu’il appelle mascarade électorale.

Pahimi n’a pas non plus raté l’occasion, à travers une rhétorique, de tirer à boulets rouges sur les autres partis politiques sans les citer. Un stratège politique qui échappe à la VAR, a su manier le débat comme un bon jéciste.
